Pre-Operative Preparation

Surgery Day
Dr. Rassael performs tummy tucks on an outpatient basis at an accredited hospital. You'll receive a combination of local anesthetic and general anesthesia for comfort. Dr. Rassael will discreetly place a horizontal incision below the bikini line, and he'll likely perform liposuction to refine contours. Immediate Recovery
You may receive temporary drains to prevent fluid buildup after surgery. We'll apply a compression garment to minimize swelling and support healing tissues. Plan to arrange for transportation home after surgery, as well as assistance during the first few days of recovery.
